RE: [gnso-dow123] Proposal to postpone Tuesday's WHOIS TF meeting/conflict

Considering all the circumstances, why not 
proceed with tomorrow's call? Marilyn mentioned 
that "Maggie, Kathie, Steve" might be unavailable 
tomorrow morning, but I don't believe we have 
heard any objection from any of them to tomorrow's schedule.
One reason we have multiple members from each 
constituency on the Task Force is that there 
should always be at least one member who is able to participate in a call.
