I agree with Milton. It is only somewhat reassuring to hear it from Denise or 
yourself. But unless it is in writing from Twomey it doesn't mean much. In 
fact, I would take that a step further and ask that the Board as a whole, or at 
least enough voting Board Members to pass policy, sign on to such a
