All,

I've listed below some questions that I have and that have been posed to
me by IPC members.

1. Is a domain name that is deleted during the AGP considered to be a
"Registered Name" for purposes of the RAA?

2. To the extent a general characterization can be made, do registrars
collect and retain data about the names they delete during AGP?

3. Do registries collect and retain data as to the specific names
deleted during AGP (kristinarosette.com, olofnordling.com,
patrickjones.com) or just as to the numbers of such names (3)? If the
registries collect and retain data as to the specific names, the IPC
would be quite interested in seeing that data.

4. Same question as #3 with regard to registrars that collect and
retain data about the specific names deleted during AGP.

Many thanks. I've asked for IPC comments about the RFI and
constituency-specific questions by Saturday night and expect to post
them by Sunday night.

Kristina
