Kristina,
Not sure what the issue is re: 4.7. My comment was that it should not be
called constituency input. The heading should be changed from "Constituency
input - IPC survey of brand name holders" to just "IPC survey of brand name
holders."
No one at all stated that the results should be ignored or that they are
superfluous. If that is they way it came across, that was completely
unintended.

All,
I've listened to the recording while working on the IPC RFI report. I have
only two additional comments (pending the release of 1.4):
1. If there is factual support for the statement that tasting has essentially
stopped in .org, we should include it.
2. Depending on the revision to 4.7, I may have objections. We were very
clear that each constituency could - if it so chose - conduct its own
supplemental RFI; the IPC is the only one that did so. Any suggestion that the
results should be ignored or characterized as superfluous would be unwarranted.
As a side note, the format clean-up (of the kind noted in terms of separating
the vote number and percentage columns) has been quite time consuming. It may
be the case that I distribute the draft report shortly before the back-up for
that reason.
