Olof, I would prefer that either:

 

The entire text of those who submitted by email be included in an appendix.

 

or

 

Questions 11 and 12 be included like the rest with any comments that were
submitted be associated with them like the others. A note of explanation
with the questions could clarify the bigpulse ommission.

 

IMHO, I don't feel deleting the comments from the report is a viable option.
