So, if I read this correct, is it fair to state that:

 

1.      In May, prior to the introduction of the excess delete fee,
there were approx. 2.4 million deletes during the AGP;
2.      In June, after the introduction of the excess delete fee, there
were only approx 152,700 deleted during the AGP;
3.      That means that deletes during AGP dropped over 15 fold?

 

Looks like a pretty significant drop.
