Probably true, but confirmation that we're on track time-wise would be
great. In addition to design team and Council interests, a number of
trademark owners are planning to attend the Paris Board meeting for
purposes of that vote and I'd like to reassure them that their travel
plans are not for naught.

You are correct Jeff that there will be a public comment period before
Board action. The Board report from staff will probably be completed
today or tomorrow and sent to the Board so I do not believe that a
reminder is needed. So far, I believe everything is on target for Board
action in Paris.

All,
I just the agenda posted for the Board meeting on April 29th, but no
where did I see the a Board discussion on the GNSO Resolution on the
AGP. I am not sure of the process, but I assume there needs to be a
public comment period before a Board vote. If that is the case,
shouldn't we send a note to ICANN staff and the Board to get this on
their agenda just so they can put it out for comment. My fear is that
if this waits until next month, the issue will not be decided by Paris.
