Hi,

Personally I disagree especially when someone is part of a group that  
is trying to complete some work.
But we can be sure to mark in the report that for some (o at least one):

"Non-response is just non-response. Its not assent, or dissent, its  
just non-response."
Hopefully as many others as possible will take part, even if it is to  
contribute such comments, so we know where as many of you as possible  
stand.  As I indicated, my main goal is to collect a snapshot of the  
progress the group has made and an accurate picture of where it  
stands.  So even this comment was helpful in building that picture.
