Dear Mike,

The FF WG discussed on yesterday's call the proposed text for section 5.8 and 
5.9 of the FF report. Those on the call supported the text provided by Paul, 
but recognised that you expressed a number of concerns on the mailing list. The 
question is, therefore, whether you would like to propose an alternative 
viewpoint for inclusion in the report. Following review of any proposed text 
you might want to put forward for consideration, it could then be decided 
whether it has broad agreement, support or is an alternative view as outlined 
in chapter 4 of the report.
