I've tweaked the template as well, and removed the "Draft, For 
Discussion Purposes Only" banner.
Please launch your Constituency information-gathering processes as 
soon as you can -- the cycle is only scheduled to last until the 
25th, after which you each have about a week to pull together a draft.
