Thanks again for offering to comb through your data.

I'm too groggy to give you coherent questions tonight (this turned 
into a *really* long day).  But here's a thought.  Could you take a 
pass through your data, using your best judgement as to the questions 
to ask, and then give us permission to ask follow-up questions for a 
second pass through the data?
I think this is going to be extremely helpful!
