Dear All,

An updated version of the FF Public Comment Categorization document has been 
posted on the Wiki (https://st.icann.org/pdp-wg-ff/index.cgi?fast_flux_pdp_wg) 
for review on our call tomorrow. Also, an updated version of the draft final 
report has been posted, but only one minor change has been made compared to the 
previous version (see page 46).

Joe also submitted a proposal for inclusion of a reference to the Mannheim 
formula in the report (see below), but the group should discuss if and where it 
should be included.

Proposal from Joe St Sauver:

The Mannheim fast flux scoring formula provides a robust and mechanically 
applicable definition of "fast flux," and whitelisting plus manual review can 
manage the risk of "false positive" fast flux determinations. The working group 
received fast flux-related data from Arbor Networks and from Karmasphere. The 
analysis of that data can be found in the Appendix to this report. Those 
interested in requesting access to that data should contact <insert address
