Is someone collecting a list of all the questions and issues that this WG
is punting to the RAP-WG? I would like to ensure that we do not lose any of
this material, and it is in fact considered by the RAP-WG.

Thanks,
Mike

Firstly, accept my apologies for taking so long to report back.

6.a (Encouraging, tracking, and publishing reports of registrars who are
slow to act on abusive domains and should be more aggressive on dealing with
registrars who generate large number of complaints)

I think the response Dave and Rod gave for 4.d probably fits here as well.

Specifically, that the FF WG is not addressing matters of policy and
agreements dealing with malicious registrations in general. The FF WG is
focused on the FF hosting technique and its uses or abuses. This comment
certainly seems more appropriate to the Registration Abuse WG.
