Dear All,

Following our last call, please find attached an updated version of the 
'conclusions and recommended next steps' chapter. The previous changes agreed 
by the group have been accepted, while those discussed on the call have been 
marked in track changes. In addition, a proposed introduction for the 
recommended next steps chapter has been included for your review. Also included 
in track changes are the suggestions made by Dave in an email last week. Please 
review this chapter carefully and send your suggestions and/or comments to the 
list.

As discussed on the call, in order to provide the GNSO Council with a clear 
guidance on what the group considers as a priority in the recommended next 
steps section, I have created an on-line poll that allows you to rank the ideas 
listed in the recommended next steps section. Please go to

the survey.
