hi Marika,

great job getting this out so early in the week.

one big change that i note -- the recommendations *aren't* in the order of 
preference in this version of the report.  to put them in that order, i'd 
sequence them like this;

1 (formerly 3) -- add a section to the RAA

2 (formerly 2) -- add this issue to the upcoming PDP on the RAA

3 (formerly 1) -- initiate a PDP on the issue

4 (formerly 4) -- do nothing at this time

so basically reverse number 1 and 3 in the list.  i should have done that 
before i sent off the mind-mapping file.  sorry about that.
