hi all,

the weekly status report is attached.  not a lot to say except "getting there." 
 probably the biggest change is to restructure the report with a single 
recommendation -- which is to take this out for broader comment, and include 
our other recommendations as discussion items for that comment cycle.

i've pushed the latest mind-map of the report up to the wiki in several formats.
