Hi Everyone,

@Mikey: thank you so much for taking notes again today! I'm looking forward to 
presenting this to the larger group for their input. Feels like it was a great 
idea to start with the principles, because it helped us identify a lot of the 
items we needed to take into consideration when coming up with this first draft.

I'd like to introduce this first draft for feedback from the larger workgroup 
on Tuesday and then gather again to tweak what we have so far.

Next steps:

-          Finalize review of principles with larger workgroup

-          Present first version of the process to the group and request 
feedback

-          Tweak process draft, then include both  pieces in our initial draft 
report

-          Ask for further feedback & comments from the workgroup (and if 
needed tweak further) until we're happy (and/or have identified the open items 
we need further feedback from the community on)

I'm wondering if we can use the regional ICANN meeting in May in LA to also get 
some feedback from registrars/registries there?
What would be the process to get on their agenda? Is anybody from this subteam 
or the larger workgroup going to be at that meeting?
And do you even think that's a good idea (or do you think it is too early of a 
draft to share at this point?)

Simonetta, Marika and i bashed out a first-draft ideal process and only butted 
heads once or twice.  not too bad!  :-)

here's a PDF of the relevant bit of the mind map for you to review.  we kinda 
ran out of time, so there are some rough edges but we feel like we made a 
pretty good go of it.
