[gnso-idn-wg] 'qualifications' for the liaison on the joint ccNSO/GAC IDN working group

Hello Marilyn,
 
My understanding of the role is one of informing the ccNSO-GAC about the
current work going on in the GNSO IDN working group, and informing the
GNSO IDN working group on what the ccNSO-GAC group is doing.    The
criteria would probably be a general understanding of IDN issues, and a
willingness to monitor the mailing lists and attend the teleconferences
of both working groups.

The role that Suzanne Sene performs on the GNSO Council as GAC Liaison
could be used as a reference.
