Associate of the Open Institute of Cambodia, a Cambodian NGO, heavily 
involved in the creating of UNICODE based localized Open Source software

this Open Source software, in close coordination with the government

No involvement - but the Open Institute - as a not-for-profit NGO, is 
strongly committed to promote the national language on computers - which
