[gnso-idncctlds-wg] Draft 6 for Conference Call on Wednesday
Here is the latest draft of the GNSO paper in response to the questions asked in the ccNSO/GAC Issues Paper. We will use this version for discussion in our meeting this coming Wednesday. Our goal in the meeting will be to begin going through the document sequentially to attempt to reach rough consensus on wording; in that regard, we will discuss each change (except minor edits) and determine whether we have agreement. If there is agreement, we will accept the changes; if we cannot reach agreement, we will insert a comment to that effect. This version of the document should include edits and comments from all non-observer group members: Olof, Mark, Chuck, Sophia, Tin Wee, Yoav and Belal. Here are steps I took to prepare it: * I used the version the Yoav prepared on Sunday as the base. * I inserted the comments Belal added on Sunday. * I did a spell check. * I did a fairly thorough review of the document, making what I believe are non-material edits to wording and highlighting areas where I think further discussion is needed. (Note: we will discuss all proposed changes regardless of whether they are highlighted in yellow or not.) In our call on Wednesday, it will be very helpful if everyone can view this version of the document while we are discussing it. Because of the number of comments and proposed edits, It is likely that we will need at least one additional call; we will arrange for it during our meeting.
