It could be either going forward. As I said on yesterday's call, there has
been good discussion on this topic in this group and there seems to be
representation of fairly broad interests so it might be a natural for this
group to do, but I suggested that the group decide that. Note that this group
is not a formally chartered group so I believe it has more flexibility.
