Not that the pseudo-haiku are necessary, but with that as the starting
point we had:
two strings
one meaning
one applicant
ouch!
This becomes, without "meaning"
two strings with
"probability of user confusion"
but one applicant
ouch!
I tried "somehow similar" but that's interpretation from the actual
text which is "probability of user confusion". If we're agreed on the
haiku then getting the wordier body of the note changed is simpler.
