My version (from Office 2010) seems to, although 
I have never used it. In Review ribbon at the 
right. Doesn't seem to show the changed content 
in-line but with comment boxes that pop up when 
you hover over a cell. They can also ve shown in 
a table format (1 line per change in a "history" sheet) once you save.
