Dear All,

Please find attached a draft report from the General Counsel’s Office in 
response to the WG’s questions related to the protection of IGO and INGO names 
under international treaty and/or statute, or other national laws.  I 
understand from the GC office that the GAC has requested an opportunity to 
review this material and the GC will be sending this report to the GAC today as 
well. This is in draft form to the extent that further inputs or comments may 
be received that may result in a change to the document.
