RE: [gnso-igo-ingo] Proposed Agenda: IGO-INGO Meeting for 17 APR 2013

My ability to participate in today's meeting will be dependent on my cell phone 
connectivity.  I will be driving through the Sierra Nevada mountains where I am 
likely to lose connectivity for a while.  I will participate as much as 
possible but that might be very limited.
