Hi Berry,

My name should say "IPC" for my affiliation.  When I stated I was participating 
in my personal capacity, I meant that I was not representing the IOC, nor 
MarkMonitor/Thomson Reuters.  However, I am a member of the IPC, and the list 
should reflect that.

Annex 3, p.43 of the draft Initial Report contains a list of all members that 
have signed up for the IGO-INGO Working Group with a link to attendance logs.  
If you are only observing the activities of the WG and not a regular 
contributor and you would like your name removed from this list, please send me 
a direct email and I will remove your name from the report.
