Please find attached a spreadsheet that contains a framework of proposed
recommendations categorized by organization type.  The scope of identifiers
is also depicted beginning on row 39.  

 

What you see listed is essentially the Chair's current assessment on
recommendations that have the most support.  We will review each cell for
the next two meetings on our path to forming a consensus call on the
proposed recommendations.
