Hi Alan,

Per our discussion today, I reconciled ALAC support/no support for the
recommendations and unsupported proposals within the Final Report.  All
looks to be in order from my review.  When you review the next version,
please take a quick review as well to ensure I captured the ALAC position
appropriately.
