Hi Guys,
In 3.2(a) Registars are required to to get explicit consent from all parties in
involved for a change or Registrant. Most registrars will go for an FOA type of
method to obtain consent (assumption).
After the registrars got the consent and preform the change of ownership 3.2
(b) and (i) kick in and Registrars must send the confirmation to the prior and
new registrant and get approval again from the old one and new one ?
This will get messy for the Registrants and cause alot of overhead at the
Registrars support desks, not to mention it is confusing when you just agreed
to a change of ownership and get a confirmation that requires approval also.
Note, i like the removal of 3.2 (i) through (iii) alot.
Best regards,
Theo Geurts
