The following is a short summary of the 2nd SCI meeting:

Place: Singapore
Time: 18 June, 09:00 - 10:00 h

1. Statements of Interest (SOI): Members are encouraged to use the
online process now available. Pls. refer to Julie with questions about.

2. Working plan:
        - in scope are recommendations according to the charter for
which have approval was given for implementation
        - the working method shall mainly be reacting on issues raised
        - issues can be raised by the GNSO council or any group
chartered by the council
             a "Raising an issue" structure shall be provided for
council consideration
        - conversations shall be prepared with Working Groups having
finished their jobs to find out benefits and malfunctions in the related
processes
        - set a placeholder for an F2F meeting at ICANN Public meetings
