it may be helpful to coordinate with Mason who is preparing for the entire GNSO 
schedule in Beijing. At the time being there is SCI update schduled on Saturday 
afternoon.

Dear Committee Members,

 

I apologize for not remembering to bring this up on our call yesterday, but I 
would like to maintain the practice of having a face-to-face meeting in 
Beijing.  I have asked the GNSO Secretariat for a room for one hour (late in 
the day) on Sunday, April 7th in an effort to accommodate all that are arriving 
on that day.  As soon as I have further information on this, I will forward it 
to you.
