I will do that.  I'll first however have coordinate with the GNSO Secretariat 
to ensure that the IRTP-C Working Group list is still active to send to and to 
give you permission to send to it.  Once I've done that I'll prepare the final 
email for you to send and give you the list address to which to send it.

Hi,

I am only a lowly member of the IRTP-D group.
While James is again Chair.

I see no problem with this approach.

One thing to note is the group is mostly composed of people who were on
IRTP-[a-d], though there are some newcomers each time. I think I joined the
train at IRTP-B.
