Dear SCI members,

As discussed on today's call, attached is the final revised SCI Charter in
Word and PDF.  The changes are accepted and the decision-making process is
in brackets with the note that it is under consideration by the GNSO
Council.  This also is posted on the wiki page at:
https://community.icann.org/display/gnsosci/16+or+18+November+2013 under the
section "For Review."

Please respond by COB, Tuesday, 15 October and indicate whether you support
this version of the Charter and/or if you have suggested revisions.
