Thank you, Julie and Wolf-Ulrich.
May I ask the members to confirm whether they can attend the proposed Saturday
morning meeting or not? Please hit ‘reply all’ so that all members can easily
see the result.
I’ll kick things off with my confirmation of attendance.
Thank you,
RA

Subject: [gnso-improvem-impl-sc] SCI Meeting in Buenos Aires
Importance: High
Dear Ron, Avri, and SCI members,
After conferring with Wolf-Ulrich it seems the only time available that would
not conflict with the GNSO Council meetings and that occurs prior to the start
of the ICANN meeting on Monday would be early morning Saturday the 16th: 7:30
to 8:45 am (ending to allow 15 minutes before the start of GNSO Council
meetings at 9:00 am). Alternatively, we could see if there is a topic during
the weekend GNSO Council meetings that is of less interest to SCI members and
that thus would allow an overlapping meeting. Please see the draft schedule
at: http://gnso.icann.org/en/drafts/buenos-aires-schedule-07oct13-en.pdf and
let me know if there is an alternate time you would like to suggest.
Best regards,
Julie
