2.  Waivers/Exceptions to GNSO Operating Procedures (consensus call; sub
team: Greg) -- Greg will submit revised draft language for consideration
(DONE).

3.  Voting by Email: (sub team: Anne, Avri, Thomas) -- The subteam will
submit draft language for consideration.
