Good Afternoon All,
Due to a prior commitment to attend the discussion about second-level Rights
Protection Mechanisms at the Department of Commerce today, we cannot attend the
drafting team teleconference. We apologize for the late notice.
If there are any questions for the IOC, please state them on the call or write
them in the Adobe Chat window, and we will review and respond on the mailing
list.
The IOC position remains that that the drafting team should implement GAC
recommendations on the second level for the IOC and the RCRC. We also support
J. Scott's compromise that these protections, once implemented, can be subject
to change, pending the outcome of a PDP.
Best regards,
Kiran
