Avri,

I personally do not see any reason why your message cannot be entered into the 
minutes of today's meeting.  I will defer to Jeff as chair to make the official 
call unless he directs otherwise.

For clarity though, I inserted some questions below.

[Gomes, Chuck] It is my belief that this should be allowed for any individual 
or group participating in the discussion group.  I know this is not a WG but I 
think we should be consistent with WG guidelines.
