sent the announcement to the Council list so did not repeat it there, but the 
constituencies and SGs have received it.

I thought a  note was sent out, but there is no call scheduled for today or 
next week.

Margie/Berry/Berry - I noticed that the comment period was posted, but there 
has been no announcement to the community?  Can we get one out so that everyone 
knows these recommendations are out for comment?
