hi all,
there's a pretty good chance that i'll miss the IRTP call tomorrow -- i've been
asked to testify to the State legislature at precisely the same time. i'll try
to dodge in an out of the call if the schedule permits -- i'll only be "on
stage" for about 10 minutes and there are 5 bills ahead of the one i'll be
testifying about.
