Dear All,

As discussed on our call yesterday, please find attached the IRTP Part B Issues 
Report that was prepared by ICANN staff at the start of this policy development 
process. For those of you that are interested to review the background of the 
different charter questions again, please see:


 *   Pages 14 – 18 for charter question A
 *   Pages 18 – 20 for charter question B
 *   Pages 20 – 21 for charter question C
 *   Pages 22 – 23 for charter question D
 *   Pages 23 – 26 for charter question E

The WG agreed to focus the next calls on charter questions C, D and E.
