Proposed Agenda – IRTP Part B WG Meeting – 1 February 2011

1st hour – 15.00 – 16.00 UTC
1. Roll Call / Update SOI-DOI
2. For review - EPP Status Values Overview
3. Continue discussion on recommendations (please review updated 
recommendations overview)
As a reminder, here are the main outstanding issues / action items:

 *   Recommendation #2 - Give further consideration to whether any specific 
actions for the promotion of SAC 044 could / should be included (All). FYI, 
following discussions with SSAC staff and email has been sent to the SSAC 
leadership with a request for feedback.
 *   Recommendation #4 -  James noted that he would like to propose a few 
modifications to Simonetta’s language which he would share with the list 
shortly (James)
 *   Charter Question B -  Chris agreed to provide draft language for inclusion 
in the notes of the report to highlight the different scenarios explored in 
relation to this charter question (Chris)
 *   Review Draft Final Report by 1 February 2011 (All)
 *   Recommendation #5 – Review proposed modified recommendation submitted by 
James and amended by Barbara (All - see also

 *   Recommendation #7 – Review proposed addition to recommendation (All – see

a positive confirmation of the transfer by the losing registrar (All – see also

 *   Review Draft Final Report by 1 February 2011 (All)
