Please find attached the Final Issue Report on the Inter-Registrar Transfer 
Policy (IRTP) Part C. For your information, the report of public comments 
received on the Preliminary Issue Report can be found in Annex A. Based on the 
public comments, a minor addition to the information provided for Issue C has 
been included in the report. If you are interested in seeing the redline 
version to compare the Preliminary and Final Issue Report, please let me know.
