I am the director of business development for Sedo.com LLC, an ICANN accredited 
registrar. Sedo provides an online marketplace of domain names and offers it's 
users the tools needed to buy and sell domains among a community of users 
stretching around the world, including domain appraisals, brokerage services, 
promotion and a domain parking program. Sedo is a member of the GNSO Registrar 
Constituency.

Other than the above mentioned relationship, I have no known direct involvement 
with any other ICANN constituency, supporting organization, or advisory 
committee.
