Hello everyone,

While today's call was productive, I had hoped that we would wrap up our
discussion of the input template. We also didn't get to the proposed timeline
or the public comment solicitation statement. These will be our priorities for
the next call on September 2.

Since the WG has been asked to consider the current drafts on the wiki, can one
of you please revise the timeline to reflect our delay? I recommend:

Public comment period = 9/3 - 9/22
Constituency Statement to Staff Manager = 10/3
Initial report complete = 10/17
Final review of Initial Report by WG = 10/28
Public Comment Period = 10/29 - 12/9 (I suggest ample time to account for Cairo
and the Thanksgiving holiday. Also, some Constituencies' Bylaws require a
number of days to respond)
Final Report Complete & Submitted to GNSO Chair = 12/19

I throw these dates out to start a debate. Some may think they include too
much time, others may argue that this is not enough. Unless we hit an impasse,
we still should wrap this PDP A WG up before the end of the year.

Regards, P
