If you have any comments or suggestions, please provide them at the latest by 
COB tomorrow 3 September (PDT). We aim to launch the public comment period on 4 
September.

For the next conference call, the Chair has invited everyone to start thinking 
about the different questions & possible answers. The proposal is to take them 
in order.
