Paul et al,
I have reviewed the call and the documents on the Wiki and I don't have any 
significant changes.  I would recommend that when the details are added to the 
'Deadline and how to submit comments' section that the second item be modified 
to read as follows - "Access to the public comment forum from which comments 
can be posted can be found at tbc" in order to be consistent with the other 
line items. Thank you for the opportunity to review and comment prior to 
posting.
