<html><body><span style="font-family:Arial; color:#000000;
font-size:10pt;">Paul and Group:<br><br>We have discussed the concept that
making transfers easier will make them less secure, and vice versa. But
does it follow that "thin" registries, which do not display Registrant Email
data in the whois, are more secure than registries / TLDs that do make this
data available?<br><br>Do we know of any available statistics or studies that
compare the frequency (adjusting for size) of domain hijacking in "thin" versus
"thick" registries?<br><br>Thanks--<br><br>J.<br><br></span></body></html>
