[gnso-irtp-pdp-jun08] Transfer Policy WG plan of action

All,

Due to scheduling conflicts next week, the WG will not meet on October
14, 2008.  The next conference call will be on October 21, 2008 at the
regularly scheduled time.  A meeting reminder will be sent prior to that
call.

In the interim, everyone is encouraged to review the summary of comments
received to date (see
http://forum.icann.org/lists/gnso-irtp-pdp-jun08/msg00113.html) and
continue our dialogue on this mailing list.  In particular, thoughts on
Issue #3 (re: partial bulk transfers) would be most welcome.  Staff is
working on the draft Initial Report (due by October 17, 2008) and will
seek to incorporate WG participants' comments on the calls, this list,
and/or any late constituency statements (CBUC?).
