We did not have a quorum on today's IRTP PDP A WG call, so we did not go
through the draft Initial Report.  If you know you will not be able to
attend a call, please remember to send Glen or me your regrets.

As noted on today's recording, all WG participants are strongly
encouraged to go through the 10/28/08 draft report that is posted on our
wiki (see
https://st.icann.org/irtp_jun08_pdp-wg/index.cgi?irtp_part_a_pdp_wg_pdp_
jun08).  Feel free to raise any questions or offer suggested text edits
on this mailing list.  Marika will incorporate those in a revised draft
ahead of our next call (11/11/08).

Our first order of business on November 11, 20008 will be to go through
the most current draft.  Once WG participant's concerns have been
addressed and there is consensus within the group that the Initial
Report is ready for posting, we'll get it out to the community so we can
open the public comment period and call for constituency statements.
The WG will continue to work on the issues in parallel with the comment
period.

Although our timeline has slipped a few weeks, we may still be able to
wrap up this work by the end of December 2008 or early January 2009.
