Dear All,

Please find attached a summary of the public comments received during
the public comment period for review on our conference call tomorrow,
Tuesday 3 February. Please note that this summary has not been submitted
yet, which is a required step in order to officially close the public
comment forum, in order to provide the WG the opportunity, and
especially those members of the WG that have submitted comments, to
ensure that their comments have been reflected accurately.
